Delete your Mealnomics account

This page is for Mealnomics: Weekly Dinner Planner, the Mealnomics app for iPhone and Android. Request deletion here or by email, and we delete your account and data within 30 days.

How to request deletion

  1. Send the form below with the email address of your Mealnomics account.
  2. We reply to that address to check that the request is yours. We delete nothing before you confirm.
  3. We delete your account and data within 30 days of your request.

Request account deletion

Signed in with Apple and chose Hide My Email? Enter the private relay address instead; it ends in @privaterelay.appleid.com. If you cannot find it, email us and tell us how you sign in.

Prefer email? Write to support@mealnomics.com from the email address of your account, with “Delete my account” in the subject.

What we delete

  • Your account: email address and sign-in details.
  • Your household and everything in it: members and their diets, allergens and exclusions.
  • Weekly plans, shopping lists and check-offs.
  • Your history of cooked dinners.
  • Your devices and their push notification tokens.
  • Support tickets stored in the app.

What we may keep

  • Subscription and billing records, for as long as accounting, tax or legal rules require, generally no more than 7 years. Apple, Google and RevenueCat keep their own records under their own policies.
  • Emails you exchanged with our support team, in our support inbox.
  • App usage events, kept without any link to your account.
